OUR MISSION- ONE CITY ONE IDENTITY.

While going down the memory lane, I have immensely been influenced by the story of the frog as given in the image below. While I would be engrossed in studying the impact of a certain policy evolved by the Administration, routinely my close acquaintences always disagreed with my approach which my emphasised dialogue with the authority to find solution to our vexed problems. I had my adversaries as well who would always chide me on working for, in the preseent context, my Mission : One City One Identity.Everyone exclaiomed it is impossible. Then I worked hard and extracted the information that the administration had approved laying of the internal infrastructure in the socieities for which development charges were also realised from the socieiteis, yet while the land was allotted to the societies after wexed litigation, interestingly the clauses that were added in the allotment letters enjoined upon the socieities to undertake it with liability for lifetime maintenance. The managements have tried to maintain the roads, parks, water supply, street lights, electric sub stations and these all are being done with contributions from the members, while in the rest of the city, these are being provided and maintained by the MCC/ Administration.
Now, please tell me if I have igonred the negative bites of my acquaintances and adversaries and have kept on adding speed to my efforts to initiate dialoge with the Administration, Isn't it worthwhile than instilling negative perspective for personal gains?
Your valueable feedback shall instill additional strength to our cause and I am waiting, friends.

OUR MISSION- ONE CITY ONE IDENTITY.
Please continue reading, It shall Inspire you to do your bit for the just cause.

Sometimes, when I visit my memory line to assess the difficult conditions the
Chandigarh Administration has created for the residents of the group housing societies and I measure my determination to fight for our cause of One City One Identity; I always see a ray of hope and light at the end of the tunnel. Therefore, I always remain focussed on my goal and never withered even in the face of misdemeanours. This happened during my stance to get the GPAs in societies regularised and I succeeded in getting a policy on 2nd March 2009. In writing the success script of this policy, role of media was commendable. I owe a big vote of gratitude and gratitude to them. Many of them are not on the local desks and yet have been a source of strength.
On myMission Statement, I have had the pleasure of meeting two predecessors of our incumbent Adviser Shri Vijay Dev. I was given a patient hearing that had aroused big hopes both by Shri Mehra and his successor Shri KK Sharma. Both of them had assured me to examine my demand in its right perspective but did not respond. When Shri Vijay Dev visited our Sector, I submitted the presentatioin paper to him again and have met him about a couple of weeks ago and have elicited a positive hearing on our mission of One City One Identity and have also requested him to consider allowing transfer of share/flat in terms of the policy of the Administration of 2nd March 2009 and also to allow conversion of leasehold land tenures into free hold in pursuance of the Administration scheme 1996.
Your strength inspires me to continuosly work for the mission and shall strive to succeed to attain success, even though my old adversaries are venting their usual tactical games.
